OUR STORY
911iNET began as a small dispatch center providing non-emergency telecommunications to security companies nationwide over a VoIP push to talk network allowing us to dispatch units nationwide from our state of the art PSAP in Phenix City, Alabama. We currently provide service to Police, Fire, EMS, and Security 24/7 365 days a year.
OUR VISION
We hope to provide E-911 telecommunication services to federal, state, local, and private agencies nationwide and create an ever growing truly inter-operable PSAP that can connect public safety agencies from coast to coast instantly and seamlessly with the push of a button. No more need to hold to be connected to another agency.
TECHNOLOGY
911iNET uses state of the art redundant Voice Over IP (VoIP) servers to provide 24/7 E-911 Telecommunications and Dispatch services to our nationwide customers. Our radios are provided with an agnostic sim card that access data from the best available carrier, either AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, or T-Mobile, We are also currently working with our partners at 10-8 Systems to create a state of the art Computer Aided Dispatch and Mobile Data Terminal software to suit our ever growing needs.

WHO ARE WE?
911iNET is a private Public Safety Access Point (PSAP) that provides two-way radio solutions to public safety agencies and private customers. We utilitze a PTT Over Cellular (POC) radio to allow us to provide better coverage in even the most rural areas as compared to standard UHF, VHF, or 800mhz radios. Our customers range from federal agencies, police, fire, emergency medical services, to even private security companies and utility companies. Our PSAP located in Phenix City, AL has the ability to dispatch and call take for all of our customers nationwide should they need us to. We also have customers who strictly dispatch through our center with our professionally trained staff ready to deal with any situation.
HOW EXPENSIVE IS IT?
Our radios are priced competitively in order to allow us to offer our services to customers who have tighter budgets. Our monthly service plans start at $35.00 a month and prices vary from there depending on the level of service you may need. Our radios do not require any repeaters to be setup in your area, therefore the price you see is the price you pay a month per radio. There are no hidden fees or setup fees, with the exception of customers ordering more than 50 radios. Trust us, you'll pay less than you ever did with any of our competitors. That includes Motorola, Harris, and Kenwood, and these guys don't even offer dispatch services. We've got you covered.
WHERE DO WE OFFER COVERAGE?
Our radios use agnostic sim cards allowing us to give you coverage anywhere AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile or Sprint have coverage. In other words, you’re covered everywhere. Our radios have even been used during Hurricane Matthew and Hurricane Michael in area where there was no cell coverage but our radios still were able to pick up enough bandwidth to transmit and receive without a problem.
